During Decemebr 2012 on the Big Island of Hawaii, there were 156 single family home sales at a median price of $306,650, an increase of 23% versus a month previous, up 7% versus a year ago. Condominiums had 52 sales at a median price of $328,500, which was a price increase of 49% versus the month previous, and up 53% versus a year ago.
It took a median of 184 days for a single family home to sell on the Big Island, and a median of 131 days to sell a condominium.
